Setting up a Nevada Corporation - Do It Now, You Will Never Regret!
Setup Your Own Nevada Corporation - Everything You Need To Make
It Happen

There is a number of considerations connected with
setting up a Nevada corporation. Think twice
about every aspect, not only from the business point
of view, but first of all the whole range of legal
facets, as most of them are of an enormous importance
to the level of asset protection and privacy of your
person.
Shall you file for a C corporation or S corporation?
Alternatively, wouldn't it be better to purchase an
already established company, so called shell corporation?
And what about corporation sole?
What is your main reason coming to Nevada, is it asset protection?
Taxes? Privacy? Bearer shares? The legal environment? Are you a
foreign alien or not? And that is just for starters. Your incorporator
and resident agent will probably have more questions to ask.
After you have talked to your incorporator, maybe even to your
lawyer and CPA, it is time for the easier part. Check whether the
desired name for your corporation is still available. Pay all the
fees (the budget for fees related to setting up your corporation
shall be somewhere between 200-1000 $ in most cases, depending on
the level of service you require and the complexity of your particular
case).
The Secretary of State will process your application in 1 day to
3 weeks after your agent will submit it. You can use that time to
handle all the remaining aspects of benefiting most from your incorporation.
Go back to your qualified tax professional advisor or accountant
to check on a list of requirements (like residency) to satisfy for
your incomes to be fully taxed in Nevada, not in your home state
(that will differ state by state).
Did you know that large number of people who setup a Nevada corporation
on their own without any professional help, faced serious problems
in the future life of their companies when their nonprofessional
conceptions were confronted with real life legal situations? Often
it is just few words in your corporation's articles or just an half
an hour consultation that can save you from future disasters. Only
a professional can make sure your corporation's status is bulletproof
from the day one.
