Nevada Corporation Services - The Complete Package, Less The Guesswork
November 10, 2004
By Katherine Curtis
Nevada Corporation Services is open to
helping anyone form a business within the state of
Nevada - including someone like Elmer Fudd. You see,
Mr. Fudd has a dream: to own his own hunting apparel
LLC. However, Mr. Fudd would prefer to save a few
bucks here and there and do the filing himself. While
Elmer's is busy wading through form after form and
waiting month after month for approval, our loveable
Bugs came up with a dream too: to form his own carrot
factory chain through the state of Nevada and operate
it throughout the great USA. Now, we all know Bugs
is a lot quicker than Elmer. So, it's no surprise
to us that Bugs headed directly to a corporation planner.
Carrots or Apparel: NCS Incorporates Safe Measures.
Why couldn't poor old Elmer Fudd cut to the chase like our gifted
Bugs Bunny? While Elmer waited long periods of time for his approval
and stumbled to find out if any other company with his proposed
business name already existed, Bugs joined forced with Nevada Corporation
Services, Ltd. (NCS), based in Douglas County. Bugs chose a comprehensive
package that fit his needs and saved thousands of dollars in the
process. Long before Elmer's Fudd Apparel LLC opened its doors,
Bugs was already considering adding a few more packages to his repertoire.
